The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being no. AC/992/2013 passed by the learned 10th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore under Sections 147/448/323/326/427/504/506(ii)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment.

Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of on merits with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
