Case No. 1579 of 2019.

In such view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous.

The revisional application, being C.R.R. 2435 of 2019 is dismissed being infructuous.

Let copy of the order dated 30th December, 2024 produced in Court today be kept with this case record.
