Mr. Ankit Agarwala Ms. Alotriya Mukherjee Ms. Arpita Paul ... for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Arambagh to dispose of Title Suit No. 110 of 2011 which has been renumbered as 91 of 2019 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge. From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that the hearing of the suit was adjourned awaiting orders from this Hon'ble Court in C.O. 2774 of 2024. Since the civil revisional application being C.O. 2774 of 2024 is pending and the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the

order of stay already stood vacated, it will be open to the petitioner to bring to the notice of the learned trial judge such aspect of the matter. The learned trial judge is requested to proceed in accordance with law.

With the above observations, C.O. 2864 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
