1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. Petitioner was an ex-employee of the Indian National Army (INA). It is being alleged of false promise to give job. He received money from the complainant but did not fulfil his promise. Petitioner is absconding since July 2019. The conduct of the Investigating Agency is completely unsatisfactory. Till date no proclamation and attachment has been issued.

3. Having regard to the statement in the F.I.R. and the period of abscondence and having regard to the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for anticipatory bail, is thus, rejected.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
