Divn), 4th Court, Howrah restraining the defendants from dispossessing the plaintiff from the suit property, the petitioner has been receiving threats as also is apprehensive that his possession may be interfered with at the behest of the private respondents.

Since the learned civil court is already in seisin of the issues and the report submitted on behalf of the State

reflects that a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS has been drawn up, I am of the view that the police authorities are well aware regarding the existence of inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents, as it has been contended regarding the hot altercation taking place between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities are well aware regarding the issues, the police authorities would only interfere if there is violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18069 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
