It is submitted that the writ petition has been engineered at the instance of another married daughter, who wants to evict the petitioner from her residence. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several FIRs have been registered on the petitioner's complaints.

The Investigating Officer shall examine the father, i.e., the husband of the petitioner and also local residents in course of investigation into the alleged harassment by the 4th and 5th respondent.

The private respondent nos. 4 and 5, who are present in Court personally and undertake not to create any nuisance for the petitioner.

The AJC Bose Botanic Garden Police Station shall continue to maintain regular vigil over the said premises and ensure that the parties live in peace.

In the event of any further instance and/or substantial complaints, the police shall attend to the same immediately.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
