24.08.2022 Sl.6 Court No.29 (AD) The order dated August 18, 2022 is mentioned at the behest of the State.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the direction in Court was that the accused person will meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight. Inadvertently, the order contains a direction of meeting once a month. Petitioner, State and the de facto complainant are represented.

No objections are raised on their behalf.

In such circumstances, the error apparent on the face of the record dated August 18, 2022 is directed to be corrected. The condition that "the petitioner will report before the

C.R.M. (A) 3964 of 2022 Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation" be substituted as "the petitioner will report before the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation".

The department will incorporate such correction in the order dated August 18, 2022.
