The order dated 04-02-2020 reflects that the revisional application was dismissed as 'not pressed' with liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Ray, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioners, submits that he is unable to trace the order which was passed by this Court. Earlier order reflects that a direction was also passed to return the certified copy to learned advocate for the petitioners. In case the petitioners now approach the department, the department will comply with the order dated 04-02-2020.

Department is directed to be cautious in sending these records to the Court as the revisional application is already disposed.
