Prima facie, there is very strong incriminating evidence against the petitioner. The allegation is of murder. He is alleged to have injured two persons with sharp cutting weapons. One person died. We have seen the statement of the other injured victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the aforesaid material, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail.

The application for bail is, thus, dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
