This is a matter relating to revised pension of the petitioner who retired from service on 30th June, 2016. Though she is getting pension, she wants revised pension as per ROPA 2019 and for this purpose she made one representation to the authorities on 3rd September, 2021 which is at page 28 of the writ petition.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that as per his instruction the papers relating to revised pension has not been sent by the school.

However, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the school has sent it to the District Inspector of Schools and the District Inspector of

Schools sent it to the appropriate authority for revised pension.

After considering the submissions, I direct the District Inspector of Schools to take appropriate steps in this matter within a period of 30 days and to look into the matter whether the school has sent it to him or not. If it is sent, whether it has been sent from his office to the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
