3.It appears that instant revisional application was dismissed for default by passing an order dated 23.08.2024.

The instant application is filed seeking for restoration of the civil revisional application after setting aside the said order of dismissal. Copy of this application is served upon the learned Counsel who appeared on behalf of the opposite parties.

4. Let this notice be kept with the record.

5. It appears from the application that the present petitioner was prevented by sufficient causes from appearing before the Court when the case was called on for hearing.

6.Grounds as assigned in the application appears to be satisfactory and as such there is no impediment in allowing the present application.

7. Accordingly, civil revisional application being CO. 2832/2007 is hereby restored to its original file and number.

8. Application being CAN/3/2024 is hereby disposed of.
