Seen the office report dated March 1st, 2022. It appears from the report that SAT 2377 of 2003 was directed to be placed along with the present revisional application. The said Second Appeal was subsequently converted into the revisional application being C.O. 2926 of 2003. The said revisional application has already been dismissed for default and in consequence thereof, the present revisional application cannot survive. C.O. 2643 of 2003 is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.
