1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners are the parents of one Sudhangshu Dolai who developed a love relationship with the victim.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which does not directly implicate the petitioners for the alleged offence, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners (Sri Ratan Dolai and Smt. Sarna Dolai) shall be Signed By :

released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 5,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

5. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the IO once in a week and appear before the jurisdictional magistrate within two weeks and attend the court on each and every date of trial.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
