Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor is appearing in person.

On hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the alleged contemnor, it appears that it is the order dated 30.01.2025 of which violation has been alleged. Vide the said order this Court has directed the Controlling Authority to proceed in respect of it's order.

The alleged contemnor has appeared before this Court and it appears that on 03.04.2025, the Controlling Authority has issued a certificate to the Certificate Officer, South 24-Parganas.

The matter is now to be proceeded with by the Certificate Officer.

It appears that the contempt application has been filed on 05.08.2025, whereas the certificate has already been issued on 03.04.2025. The contempt application thus has no merit as there has been no violation of the order of this Court as alleged.

Accordingly contempt application stands dismissed.

The Controlling Authority's presence is dispensed with.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
