Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners are named in the statements of the injured recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The injured are police personnel. They are statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure naming the petitioners as assailants.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3968 of 2022 is dismissed.
