Learned Counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the order passed by Justice Arindam Mukherjee on 9th April, 2024 in WPO 2333 of 2022, whereby provision for meeting the fees of educational institution of the minor daughter has been made and agreed upon by and between the parties, the grievance of the appellant has been adequately redressed.

Mr. Arunangshu Chakraborty, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent has submitted that in terms of the order of the Learned Single Judge, provision has been made towards fees of the educational institution.

In view thereof, we dispose of this appeal by recording that the order dated 9th April, 2024 is limited to the fees of educational institution of the minor daughter. Any other issue has not been raised and decided in this matter. This order also shall not affect any pending proceeding.
