Learned advocate appears for the alleged contemnor and files a report. Let the report be taken on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor and as would also appear from the report, yesterday steps were taken to dismantle the illegal constructions made on the land in question. The illegal construction made by one of the private respondents in the writ petition, namely, Najim Ali Molla, could be demolished. Thereafter, law and order problem cropped up. Hence, the demolition work had to be deferred.

The Officer-in-Charge of Kultali Police Station is directed to extend all assistance to the administration so that the order of this Court can be carried out and illegal/unauthorized constructions on public land can be demolished.

The alleged contemnor has complied with this Court's order, violation whereof is alleged in this contempt application. I see no reason to keep this application pending. I, however, make it clear that the

work of demolition that has started shall be carried on to its logical conclusion.

CPAN 942 of 2021 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
