The complicity of the petitioner reflects that he was implicated in connection with offences relating to criminal breach of trust and cheating in a scheme, viz., Nirmal Bangla mission while he was a public servant. Records of the case reflect that evidence of the case has already commenced.

Having regard to the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3007 of 2022 is disposed of.

Petitioner would be at liberty to advance his points taken up in the revisional application in course of the trial of the case. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
