Since the police filed charge-sheet, the requirement of reporting to the Investigating Officer should be waived.

In such circumstances, the condition requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer is waived. More so, the petitioner was attending the Investigating Officer and complying with the order dated December 17, 2021. All other conditions in the order dated December 17, 2021 will remain the same.
