The petitioner is directed to serve copies of this application on Mr. Swapan Kumar Datta, learned Additional Government Pleader as also on the alleged contemnor no. 2 within one week from date along with a notice indicating that this application shall be listed on May 18, 2022 at 12-45 p.m. and to file an affidavit of service to that effect on the next date of hearing. The alleged contemnor no. 2 shall remain personally present before us.

Pendency of the contempt application shall not preclude the alleged contemnor no. 2 to comply with the order dated February 3, 2020 if it had not been complied with as yet. We make it clear that in the event the order is not complied with by the adjourned date, we shall not be reluctant to issue rule against the alleged contemnor no. 2. The petitioner shall communicate this order to Mr. Datta, learned Additional Government Pleader and the alleged contemnor no. 2.
