Re : CRAN 1 of 2022 The petitioner has filed an application praying for extending the order which was granted on 22.12.2021. The order dated 22.12.2021 reflects that "In case, the petitioner is not available before the Special Court by 23rd January, 2022 the learned court would be at liberty to revoke the order of stay and revert back to the earlier dated 17.03.2021."

In view of the observations made in the order dated 22.12.2021 and the fact that the revisional application was disposed of, I am of the view that no further order can be passed in a revisional application which has been disposed of with the specific directions upon the learned trial court.

Thus, the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed.

Needless to state that CRR 2421 of 2021 was earlier disposed of

by an order dated 22.12.2021.
