This application is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated December 3, 2021. Considering the contents of the post mortem report, the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 7997 of 2021 is dismissed.
