The petitioner has got no objection certificate uploaded in the portal namely "Utsashree" and the District Inspector of Schools transferred the application to the School Service Commission where it is resting in peace!

I direct the School Service Commission to take a decision in respect of transfer of the petitioner within a period of ten days from date and to transfer him to any of the schools he has selected in "Utsashree" if he is eligible for transfer otherwise.

Learned Advocate for the President of the Managing Committee of the School and the teacher-in-charge of the school has earnestly prayed before this Court not to pass any adverse

order as they may have committed some mistakes knowingly or unknowingly and this Court's directions for removing them through the School Education Department may be reconsidered. I reconsider the prayer along with his clients, teacher-in-charge and the president. However, I recall that part of my order dated 16th March, 2022 where I directed the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal to remove the President of the Managing Committee and the teacher-in-charge of the school forthwith for violating the rule laid down by the State of West Bengal (which was named in the said order). I do not have the belief upon the teacher-in-charge and the President of the School Managing Committee that they will change after this and I feel that they would continue such misdeeds.

With the above observation and direction, this matter is disposed of with the further direction that the school will also take all steps for transferring the person within a period of ten days from the date of this order.
