Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition suffers from technical infirmities as unnecessary parties have been arrayed as respondents.

She prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

W.P.A. 18218 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition seeking similar relief on the self-same cause of action. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
