The records of the case reflect that on 04.09.2025 interim bail was granted to the present petitioner. Having considered that more than 21⁄2 months petitioner is on interim bail, I am inclined to confirm the interim bail granted on 04.09.2025 on the same terms and conditions as was imposed in the said order.
