The revisional application be disposed of directing the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in Matrimonial Suit No.672 of 2020 to ensure logical conclusion of the suit expeditiously, after causing disposal of interlocutory application, if there be any pending, subject to the

suitability and convenience of the court below, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
