I have considered the revisional application and the contentions advanced therein and I find that the investigating agency on conclusion of the investigation has already submitted charge-sheet, none of the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. are enclosed along with the revisional application. Accordingly, I hold the revisional application to be prematured one. Petitioners are granted liberty to canvass the issues at the appropriate stage of the trial. No interference is made at this stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3009 of 2022 is disposed of.
