Mr. Sudipta Maity ... for the petitioner Mr. Sudipta Maity, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 18th August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 18th August, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 11 instead of "The family pension, with effect from the next date following the date of retirement of the employee, shall be released to the petitioner within two months from the date of issuance of the Pension Payment Order." in the order, it should be read as "The family pension, with effect from the next date following the date of death of the employee, shall be released to the petitioner within two months from the date of issuance of the Pension Payment Order."

The other portion of the order dated 18th August, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
