Learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon a report, which be taken on record.

It appears from the report as also from the case diary that there are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the offences alleged. The petitioner was involved in the staff recruitment process of Purba Medinipur Judgeship. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 8004 of 2021 is dismissed.
