1. The petitioner would state that several persons are operating illegal packaged drinking water unit and the names of those persons though has been mentioned in the representation given through the advocate on 18.06.2024 they have not been impleaded as respondents in the petition.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General has written instruction from the Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Health-III and Designated Officer (Food Safety), Nadia from which it is seen that action has been taken against 11 such units.

3. The Bureau of Indian Standards has also conducted raids and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the said organization that the matter is being earnestly followed.

4. Since already action has been initiated, we direct the authorities to proceed in accordance with law and take the matter to the logical end.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
