Affidavits-of-service and the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record. The petitioner applied for general transfer under 'Utsashree Portal' on medical ground and also on the ground that she has a minor daughter.

The application of the petitioner was returned from the end of the school as there were other senior teachers. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the said decision of the school authority, besides the Portal is now under suspension.

W.P.A. 18599 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
