The Sub-Inspector of Schools, Naihati Circle, North 24 Parganas forwarded written communication to the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Barasat on 29th July, 2024 clearly mentioning that the petitioner is a permanent teacher of Arkhali CSFP School (Amdanga Circle). She was deputed at Naihati Boys School on temporary basis vide memo dated 2nd

January, 2019. Vide memo dated 13th March, 2024, her order of deputation was withdrawn by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas, but the petitioner has not yet joined her parent school and she is still continuing in the transferee school where she was temporarily deputed. The petitioner has applied for permanent transfer at Naihati Boys School. The Naihati Boys School already has 22 teachers and there is no order as on date from the Council regarding the petitioner for being made permanent in the said place of posting.

From the aforesaid instruction, it is absolutely clear that the document annexed at page 29 of the writ petition which is alleged to be the withdrawal of the communicating memo dated 13th March, 2024 is a non-existing document.

The petitioner will be bound to comply the order dated 13th March, 2024 and should join her parent school.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
