The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her daughter-in-law, who is influential, is inflicting torture upon he and making her life miserable. complaint has been lodged with the Namkhana Police Station as Non-FIR P.R. Case No. 106 of 2021 dated 1st November, 2021. Proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out.

The Officer-in-charge, Namkhana Police Station, Sundarban Police District shall summon the daughterin-law and issue appropriate warning not to disturb or interfere with the peaceful living of the mother-in-law. Likewise, this Court has indicated to the Counsel for the petitioner that his client shall not in any way cause hindrance/obstruct/interfere with the peaceful living of the daughter-in-law.

Instructions of the Namkhana Police Station dated 21st January, addressed to the

Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta is taken on record.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
