The Court is informed that the first petitioner was arrested. The Court is also informed that there is a proclamation issued as against the second petitioner. In view of the arrest of the first petitioner (Sk Samiul @ Samiul), CRM(A) of is dismissed as not maintainable.

In view of the long absconsion of the second petitioner and proclamation being issued as against the second petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2 (Sk Jamiul @ Jamiul).

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 2 is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3975 of 2022 is dismissed.
