1. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in November 2023 on merits. Thereafter charge could not be framed as co-accused are absconding. There are materials to show that petitioner is involved in trafficking narcotics above commercial quantity. Money trail between the petitioner and co-accused, from whom recovery was made, has been traced out.

2. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
