The report of the learned CJM, North 24 Parganas reflects that records have been traced and the next date has been fixed on 19th of December, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, purpose for which the writ petition has been

preferred, has been subserved and addressed.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18944 of 2024 is disposed of.

Reports so submitted by the learned District Judge and the learned CJM, North 24 Parganas be kept with the record.
