The instant matter is placed before this Court at the instance of the department since a typographical omission occurred in paragraph No. 10 of the last order dated 06.08.2024. 2.

In view of such, in paragraph No. 10 of the order dated 06.08.2024 in the second line after the words 'learned Judicial Magistrate,' the following be inserted:

'First Class'.

The instant order may be treated as part of the order dated 06.08.2024.
