Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the action of the respondents authority concerned sitting over his representation dated 13th July, 2022 for licence for selling Tari.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 18607 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondents Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 13th July, 2022 as appears at page 40 of the writ petition in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
