Let the Registrar General of this Court prepare a demand draft for a sum of Rs.3,36,827/- and make the same available to the writ petitioner as soon as possible upon production of necessary documents and identification. A receipt shall be executed by the writ petitioner.

After paying the gratuity to all the seven applicants and one Mercy Ghosh, an ex-employee, any balance amount remaining with the Registrar General shall be made over to Olisa Reality Private Limited the employer. 3.

In so far as the claim for compound interest on account of delayed payment of gratuity under Section 8 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, let the Certificate Officer concerned effect adjudication of the amounts in terms of provisions of the said Act of 1972 and particularly Section 8 thereof, mandatorily and positively within a

period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
