1. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and extent of complicity of each of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the nature of injury sustained by the victim which appears to be grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
