It is submitted by the learned counsel representing the petitioner that settlement has been arrived by and between the parties and accordingly, necessary application was filed before the learned Court and by virtue of the order dated 3rd October, 2025, proceeding is disposed of against the accused person under Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said order be placed before this Court. The opposite party is also present before this Court. 2.

Since, there is no proceeding pending, this revisional application become dismissed as infructuous.
