It is submitted their names were not disclosed in the medical papers. They are not the principal accused.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. In the First Information Report it is categorically alleged that petitioners caught hold of the hands of the victim when co-accused Subimal Sahoo raped her. Prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime of gang rape is established.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected at this stage.
