On the oral prayer of the counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the delay in filing the instant appeal is condoned and the matter is taken up for consideration. This appeal has been filed by the appellants/claimants against the judgment and award dated February 27, 2018 passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Fast Track Court - III, Krishnagar, Nadia in M.A.C. Case No. 184 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1/Assurance Company submits that the matter has been settled and the Assurance Company is now required to pay a further sum of Rs.2,10,000/- (Rupees two lakh ten thousand only) to the appellants/claimants.

In light of the above submission, the respondent no. 1/Assurance Company is directed to pay a further sum of Rs.2,10,000/- (Rupees two lakh ten thousand only) to the appellants'/ claimants' bank accounts directly within a period of four weeks from date of furnishing of bank

details in the manner and proportion as indicated in the judgment and award.

The appellants/claimants are directed to provide their bank details along with their proof of identity to the Assurance Company within a period of two weeks and upon receipt of the same, the Assurance Company is directed to deposit a further sum of Rs.2,10,000/- (Rupees two lakh ten thousand only) to the appellants'/claimants' bank accounts within four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant appeal is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities, on priority basis.
