Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 28th January, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 28th January, 2020, it is revealed that in the third paragraph of the order instead of "Gratuity", it should be read as "arrear pension". The other portion of the order dated 28th January, 2020 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
