The petitioner, a school teacher, made an application for transfer for getting transferred from his present school to another. He filed his application through Utsashree portal on 4th October, 2021. The application has been come back to the petitioner, as appears from page 31 of the writ application, from the end of the head of the institution on 10th November, 2021. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no reason for such sending back has been assigned. I direct the head of the institution to intimate the reason for such sending back of the application within a period of three days from the date of communication of this order.

As the school has not been made a party to this writ application, I direct the petitioner to add the school and the headmaster of the school to add as party respondents to this proceeding here and now.

With the directions as above, this writ application is disposed of.
