Respondent no. 10 is not represented.

Let the affidavit of service filed by the State be kept with the records.

Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report, which indicates that respondent no. 10 has instituted a title suit against the petitioner. In the said suit, the Civil Court has granted an order of status quo with respect to the construction in question. In view of the above, I am not inclined to allow this writ petition to proceed further concerning the selfsame construction.

Needless to state, if the petitioner has any grievance, he shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application in the pending civil suit.

Accordingly, WPA 18952 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
