The writ petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Minakhan Police Station in respect of a complaint.

The O. C., Minakhan Police Station has submitted a report dated 31.01.2023 and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature and appropriate civil remedy may be sort by the parties. The O. C., Minakhan Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
