Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the respondent Nos.6 & 7 is taken on record.
Exception to the police report filed by the petitioner is also taken on record.
The petitioner in essence submits that her grievances in the writ petition would be addressed if there is a police picket posted outside her house. Let two constables, at the petitioner's cost, be posted by the Girish Park Police Station in front of the petitioner's residence for a period of three weeks. The Officer-in-Charge, Girish Park Police Station shall communicate the costs to be put in by the petitioner for such deployment.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the rival allegations made in the writ petition and the respondents against one another.
Since the petitioner submits that FIRs were registered against the petitioner and her daughter based on fabricated complaints by the police, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take steps against such FIRs inter alia under the Cr.P.C.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
