Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the appellant to carry out the necessary corrections in the preamble of the Memorandum of Appeal by inserting the name of the appropriate Presiding Officers of the forums, the orders of which have been challenged here, as well as incorporating the particulars of the order passed by the first forum.

As rightly pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, since the appeal does not arise out of a regular decree passed by a civil court, the classification of the same as a regular first appeal is erroneous.

Accordingly, let the appeal be re-classified appropriately.

For such purpose, let the file be sent down to the Department.

Such rectifications and appropriate reclassification shall be carried out within a week from date. 6.

The matter shall be listed next on July 15, 2025 under the same heading.
