The petitioners seek to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate Forum under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Such liberty is granted.

In the event the petitioners prefer statutory appeal within a fortnight from date, the learned appellate Court shall deal with the appeal on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation. Certified copy of the documents filed by the petitioners be returned subject to furnishing photocopies thereof. CRR 3133 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.
